AFI City BNOI will have a total leasable area of 4,500 sq m and will provide nearby residents with access to a supermarket, fitness club, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants, shops and various services, AFI Europe said in a press release on Wednesday.
The value of the investment was not disclosed.
The first phase of the AFI City residential project in the Bucurestii Noi neighbourhood in northwestern Bucharest was inaugurated in the second quarter of 2020, following a 16 million euro ($18.3 million) investment. The development of AFI City began in the second half of 2018.
AFI Europe, a subsidiary of AFI Properties, is a real estate development, management and investment company operating in Central and Eastern Europe since 1997. AFI Europe has operated in Romania since 2005.
