For years, Gibraltar was one of Europe’s tax havens, and still hosts a branch of the law firm whose leak created the Panama Papers. But it doesn’t appear in the papers at all. That’s because it’s raised corporate tax rates and cleaned up its act – just in time. Lauren Frayer has been investigating how.
