This historic hotel, formerly of the Holiday Inn chain, has an idiosyncratic yellow façade and became a symbol of Sarajevo’s strife during the Nineties Balkans conflict. After an extensive renovation, it has reopened and offers a fabulous feel of the building’s beginnings, with decent service and facilities.
