Revealed: Tens of Thousands of Noncitizens from America’s Adversaries Face Deportation Orders!

EXCLUSIVE: A Rising Concern Over Noncitizens with Deportation Orders

Recent insights reveal that nearly 40,000 citizens⢠from China are part of a staggering population of over 1.4 million noncitizens who currently â£have active deportation orders ‌but are not held in custody by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). As of November 24, 2024, the total number of foreign nationals under ICE’s non-detained supervision stands at approximately 1,445,549.

Overview of the Non-Detained Docket

The non-detained docket comprises individuals who either possess final orders for removal or are navigating through removal proceedings â¤while remaining out of ICE’s custody. This docket also encompasses over â¤7 million individuals who may be detained by federal, state, or local authorities but â¢not specifically by â¤ICE.

Statistics on Migrants Facing Deportation

The⣠majority â€of nationalities â¤facing these deportation â€orders hail⣠from several Central American⣠nations—Mexico leads with around 252,044 individuals followed closely by Guatemala (253,413), Honduras (261,651), and El Salvador (203,822). Chinese ‌nationals make up a significant⣠portion as well with recorded cases â€numbering at 37,908. Other notable figures include Haitians (32,363), Iranians (2,618), Pakistanis (776), Uzbeks ‌(975),⣠and Venezuelans⣠(22,749).

In light of rising tensions between the U.S. and China concerning cybersecurity threats and espionage risks â£attributed â¤to members affiliated with the Chinese Communist Party operating within the United States borders—lawmakers have expressed heightened concern over this demographic. Just this past week brought allegations from the Justice Department regarding a Chinese national accused of supplying weapons to North Korea originating in California.

Challenges in ‌Deporting Noncompliant‌ Foreign Nationals

Legislators have demanded detailed statistics on various nationalities alongside reasons hindering their deportations. Tom Homan—the incoming border czar â¤for the Trump â€administration—is â€poised to oversee†mass deportation efforts aimed â¢at addressing these challenges.

Since fiscal year â€2021 saw about 3.7 million illegal immigrants â¢without detention status ballooning to roughly 4.8 million in fiscal year 2022 and exceeding seven â£million by fiscal year†2023—many among⢠these are recent arrivals while others may have resided illegally within ‌U.S borders for extended periods.

ICE has conveyed an â£inability to provide case-specific rationale regarding delays in enforcement actions against those with final removal orders; however proposed⣠obstacles range widely including ongoing appeals or various forms of protection from deportations such as asylum claims⢠or inclusion in Alternatives to Detention programs.

Approximately half—around 55%—of these final removal orders remain executable given existing protections available to individual claims which⣠can shift continuously based on new circumstances affecting each case.

Countries Impeding Return Flights

Moreover, numerous countries currently refuse flights returning their nationals; fifteen nations fall under direct classification†as ⢔uncooperative,” including†Bhutan,
Burma,
Cuba,
the⤠Democratic ‌Republic of Congo,
Eritrea,
Ethiopia,
Hong â¢Kong,
India,
Iran,
Laos,
Pakistan,
China,
Russia
and Venezuela.
Another eleven nations demonstrate risk factors associated⢠with potential non-compliance: Bosnia and Herzegovina; Burkina Faso;⤠Cambodia; Gabon; Gambia; Iraq; Jamaica;
Nicaragua;
South Sudan;
St â€Lucia and Vietnam

House Homeland Security â£Committee⣠Chairman Mark Green â¤recently criticized what he⢠perceives as an obstructionist stance taken by â¤the Biden administration towards ICE’s capabilities—with inadequate support resulting detrimental consequences â€nationwide—a situation he deems‌ urgent enough for Congress reflection moving forward toward forthcoming changes expected during Trump’s tenure â¤beginning⣠January ⤠[insert upcoming date here].
