Ghanaian boss Maxwell Konadu has been confirmed as the new Black Leopards manager.
A former Ghana national team assistant coach has been confirmed as the new manager of a South African club.
South African second-tier side Black Leopards have appointed Ghanaian tactician Maxwell Konadu on a three-year deal.

Konado served as an assistant coach for the Black Stars in two separate spells, with the first coming between 2012 and 2019, and his most recent stint as second in command coming between 2021 and 2023.
Having recently won a trophy in the Ghanaian top flight with Nsoatreman FC, Konado is officially the new Leopards head coach.
Lidoda Duvha chairman Tshifhiwa Thidiela also confirmed the news on Tuesday, with the Limpopo outfit looking to gain promotion to the DStv Premiership.
“It’s true we can confirm that we’ve reached an agreement with one Maxwell Konadu,” Thidiela said, according to Joy Sports Online.
“He’s a Ghana national. I think he was also playing for the Ghanaian national team.
“He was coaching currently in Ghana Premier League. He just recently completed the Ghana FA Cup there. MTN FA Cup. He won it.
“The team he was with finished fourth. He’s 51 years old, and he’ll be here, to reach an agreement for him to be here for three seasons.”
Konado is also the head coach of the Ghana U23 national team, but it is unclear as to whether he will retain that role given that he will now be working in the Motsepe Foundation Championship in South Africa.

The 51-year-old is expected to fly into Mzansi in the coming days to complete all formalities, with it further claimed he will bring two members of staff with him.
